Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the mobile apps
  
• Collaborate with PM to develop effective strategies and test plans
  
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
  
• Help troubleshoot issues
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  
• help out with QA activities before and after the releases of these products
  
• testing is mainly manual, but automation skills are big advantages

Requirements

• Some test management skills to apply best practices to the QA role
  
• Manual Testing experience (3+ years)
  
• high level of communication (you are going to communicate with product team, owners, devs, designers)
  
• independent working style (self-time management, asking questions on both chat and in calls, unblocking yourself by gathering the info you need, etc…)
  
• help to setup test management in Jira
  
• ownership mindset, don’t mind the startup sphere (less structure, less precise but faster and most effective)
  
• Applied knowledge of best practices in test framework and test case design, i.e., creating test plan and test cases, etc.
  
• Solid understanding of bug life cycle and reporting
  
• Great attention to detail and willingness to repeatedly execute tests
  
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and work in a highly collaborative team environment
  
• Ability to work as part of a multicultural team
  
• close to fluent English level
